Step 3 - Email us (using this link) detailing which sponsorship package the money is intended for

Sponsor our football teams for a year

£2,000

Our football teams – Little Rock (Boys) and Agojies (Girls) are both very successful in offering children the opportunity to participate in organized sports. We welcome you to contribute towards the cost of running the teams, at an overall cost of £2000 per year.

Sponsor a member of staff for a year

£900

Our current wage bill is on average £900 a year for a full time Education Assistant, of which we have 4 full time equivalent positions.  These are separate from our KCC Leadership Positions which are all unpaid.  It is becoming increasingly hard for us to consistently raise this amount, and any assistance with this cost would mean we can maintain our enthusiastic, dedicated team.

Sponsor a child at school for a year

£200

Costs of school fees, books, uniform, stationery, shoes, haircuts, a meal a day and medical care if required. The cost is currently £200 per child per year.

Sponsor the Mobile Library to attend one school for a year

£200

KCC supports 12 schools with a Mobile Library programme, by providing a collection of fiction, non-fiction and phonics books which are graded by reading ability. The books are rotated between schools to ensure sufficient variety and to address the full range of reading abilities of the children. The cost of maintaining the Mobile Library programme is £200 per school per year.

Sponsor a shipment of donated goods from

£50

We are lucky that Jobyco is a reliable Ghana-England shipping company which can pick up deliveries from the UK and deliver right to our doorstep for £50 per box.

Make a one-off donation

We appreciate one-off donations from individuals or businesses that do not seek to have an ongoing relationship with KCC, that wish to donate a different amount or that wish to donate towards other projects.  We encourage you to donate through our Just Giving page.

Hold a birthday fundraiser on Facebook

We have had a number of our supporters do this successfully by setting up an 'Facebook Fundraiser' to mark their birthday or other occasion.

Hold a sponsored event using the Just Giving page

Search for "Kokrobite" or "KCC" on the Just Giving website for examples of previously held events or get creative and dream up your own event.  Why not have some fun and raise funds at the same time?

It is of vital importance to KCC that all contributions are used solely for the benefit of the children we support. KCC makes no payments to any of the Founders, Trustees or members of the Management Team. (together the “KCC Leadership”). Each member of the KCC Leadership volunteers their time and/or makes financial contributions toward the running of KCC.
